Ours Farmlands are full of life
LOF is a company formed by farmers that is dedicated to the production and distribution of seasonal organic vegetables and fruits. Our fields are located in the traditional farmlands of Valencia, designated in 2019 by the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System. (GIAHS).
For us, a farm field must be an ecosystem. A natural environment where not only horticultural varieties grow to feed people but a place teeming with life where people and animals are safe walking through the plots. A land full of microorganisms, insects and worms. A place where small mammals, reptiles, birds and pollinators use them as part of their environment.
